British Off-Season Camping And Caravanning

Exploring throughout Great Britain, the nature lover can get to view some impressive domestic and international birds at our many lakes and reservoirs.   If you are a seasoned camper or caravanner there are a lot of locations exampled by a lakeside caravan park to use as a base for your ornithology hobby.

As Autumn is quickly followed by Winter, the fervent birdwatcher can see the benefits of the alteration of climate to watch a variety of of our native birds.  Our summer visitors will have flown south of the Mediterranean to North Africa for the winter months and we have Spring to look forward to when they return and the mating season begins.  However, there are still a great deal of possibilities to take a look at our rivers and reservoirs to see wading birds and fowl who see the mild British winters as the ideal spot to spend the winter at.
